Remember I mentioned two books I almost bought at Stitches?  Well, I ordered them from Amazon:

The more experienced I get at knitting, the more I appreciate reference books (as distinguished from pattern books, which I also love).  I heard about the Seven Things book on Ready, Set, Knit — I may make the baby sweater, which incorporates all seven principles, just for the experience.  The Ethnic Knitting book has some remarkable worksheets that enable readers to generate their own patterns.  For anyone trying to size-grade a sweater pattern to release, this book would be a terrific starting point.

What are your favorite knitting reference books?
