I took the kids to SCRAP, a place I’d been wanting to check out for awhile.  It’s a weird and wonderful place.

Hundreds of National Geographic Issues for 25 Cents Each

My kids went home with one of these lanyards from some who-knows-what conference!

Some things are real finds, like these new, wrapped boxes...

Other things are just plain creepy!

This was so charming! It had the store (from my hometown!) stamped on it and a handwritten phone number someone had scribbled on it. The date was 1983.

I thought I had scored when I found this, but...

...this was the inside.

I gasped when I saw this gorgeous yarn scuplture hanging from the ceiling at checkout.
Then we headed to Humphry Slocombe.
All I can say is OMG.
