The Kai-Mei Socks are done!

The color really grew on me as I knit.  The yarn is Enchanted Knoll Farm superwash sock.  It feels pretty sturdy and I hope I’m right — two of the pairs of socks I’ve made with sock club yarn have shrunk considerably, which is a total bummer.  (More on that in a future post, when I round up the sock club year…)  I am also pleased to note that I hit a sock-knitter’s milestone: this pair marked the very first time I did not have to look up how to do kitchener stitch!  🙂  Finally, forgive me a non-knitting brag but I was over the moon about the first independent book blogger review of my book, which can be read here. Onto knitting some hats!  🙂
