…to bring you a spur-of-the-moment project:
I have knit many yarmulkes and the best pattern I’ve found for a yarmulke that stays on without needing bobby pins is the one from Greetings from the Knit Cafe. I’ve knit them for my son and husband in navy tweed and, although I’d knit a yarmulke for my daughter before, it wasn’t one of these stay-on types. So I whipped one up in leftover Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sock — just in time for Rosh Hoshanah! (By the way, does she have great hair or what?!)
